  • I primarily use QuickBooks Online, but I also support clients on a few other platforms, if that’s your preference. All reports and financials are delivered through a secure client portal.

  • Nope! If things are messy, that’s exactly why we’re here. I’ll guide you through a short onboarding checklist, and cleanup is either included or scoped separately depending on how wild things are (no judgment - I’ve seen it all).

  • Most clients prefer email, and that’s where we’ll keep everything organized and easy to reference. If anything urgent comes up, you’re always welcome to reach out by text. For Strategic CFO clients, I also offer Slack access for quicker, more collaborative communication.

    Email replies within one business day; Strategic CFO Slack replies within two hours

  • I don’t file taxes, but I’ll prepare everything your CPA needs and can communicate directly with them to make sure nothing gets missed. I also offer full-service payroll for Premium clients through Gusto, and provide payroll mapping support for Growth clients.

  • You’re never locked in long-term. All plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. If life happens or your needs shift, I’ll help you transition smoothly, no stress, no awkward exit energy.

  • I specialize in service-based businesses like agencies, consultants, coaches, creatives, and professional service providers. If you sell products occasionally, we can talk—but e-commerce is not my focus.
